Jamesons Celestial Prints

MIDI.

I always thought that the midi skirts (think about it, a funny enough name to indicate a Mid-calf skirt) belonged to the category of clothes that are too retro to please me.

But recently I have re-evaluated. I first realized that I had saved on my computer numerous images of skirts that ended up well below the knee, and at least as many links as possible purchases impossible (the factor can not due to my inability to decide and buy things online that I can not touch, try to analyze), all of the same length of skirts. What's more, I began to imagine wearing all-black look compounds calf length dress in black shirt, black lace and a simple random collection of pictures and links is slowly created an obsession.

For example, these days I'm gnawing of remorse for not having bought a few pounds - three years ago - a canary yellow skirt, light as a feather, and the perfect length (not too much then pleated slightly flared ), unearthed in a second hand shop in London. These options

caught on the street, found on the web (to be pedantic, the second is not just midi, but imagine a few inches of fabric in more, and you're done):

Here instead the two versions from the runways for next spring: the severe black tapered shape of the wonderful Calvin Klein Collection , and the lightness of a dancer Chloe :

Here instead dress (much more modest, but enough midi drawing my attention) that can be said has sparked my obsession, not least because it has a version with no frills style that reminds me of the Japanese Junya Watanabe :

say that I take time to questo look total black finchè resiste l'inverno, per poi passare a tessuti più leggeri, impercettibili plissè, colori pastello. Ovviamente midi.
